Primark has confirmed the opening date for its new shop at the Trafford Centre.
The budget fashion retailer will open its new outlet at Barton Square in March 2020, according to adverts recruiting for staff.
The store will be spread over two floors, spanning 65,000 sq ft in total, according to the job ads.
The opening forms part of the £74m redevelopment of Barton Square, where work is underway to cover the courtyard with a giant glass dome.
It will create an extra 110,000 square feet of retail space in an enclosed environment in sync with the rest of the shopping centre.
Primark, which is currently only available at the Trafford Centre as a small concession at Selfridges, will be the anchor tenant for the development and will occupy the former BHS unit.
It signals a change in the mix for the annex, which opened in 2008 at a cost of £90m to house furniture and homeware stores at the shopping centre.
Construction of the new glass roof was completed over the summer, and work is well underway on the rest of the build.
Marble and granite flooring and statues are being installed and shoppers can expect to see palm trees and a huge fountain, in keeping with the rest of the shopping centre.
The development is due for completion next year.
